Nicole and I enjoy lounging around our house on Christmas, and since Nicole's mom and sister were coming in to town we really wanted to stay home. Since this was our last year in Utah we wanted to spend some time with my parents and siblings, so we had Christmas several days early. My sister Julie planned the whole event and she really did a great job. She planned a craft for the kids to do as well as games for the kids and adults. One of the games she did was an unwrap the present game. She had one especially for the kids and one for the adults. You got to unwrap a layer of the present and sometimes there was a present, sometimes there was nothing, and sometimes you had to do something silly. It was a very cute game and we all had fun playing.
Another one of the games was Siamese wrapping. You had to wrap a present using one of your hands and someone elses. It's not that easy! At least we were able to talk our way through. Next time we should try no talking and see how that goes.

My mom decided that for Christmas presents for everyone she would make matching pajamas and since our last family picture was in 2002 she thought this would be a perfect time for another one.
At the end of the night we did our family gift exchange. It was a lot of fun, and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. Andrew loved his new guitar (even though he couldn't play it very well with one arm). And before we left he helped us all rock out to one of his favorite tunes (I'll try to get a video on here as soon as I can.)
All in all it was a good night and we had a good time.
