I couldn't let Rory's birthday pass by without doing some fun things. We are having her big birthday party Saturday but we had to make today special too. Todd had some great ideas. We took her to get her pictures in the morning. She was not in the best of moods while she was getting her pictures taken, but afterwards she was quite happy.
Then in the afternoon we went to BYU to search for a present for Rory (which we still have not bought anything), then we took Rory to the duck pond (she loves ducks);
There was obviously something very interesting about this duck.
And last but not least we took her to McDonalds in Provo (they have a great play place). The play place has musical intruments, like a piano slide.
She loved it all. Andrew thought that Todd and I were paying too much attention to Rory, so he went and found a new friend to play with.
We ended our outing with an ice cream cone because we are saving the cake til Staurday.
As you can see, both of the kids loved their ice cream.
