So after looking at many places we saw a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhome in Mesa. We immediately loved it and the people living in it. We wanted to make sure it was the one we wanted for sure so we saw one more unit in the same community with a different floor plan. We liked it but we did not love it like the first one. We saw the house on a Monday and by Thursday we had signed a contract and paid our deposit. The townhome is only 3 years old and is in a great community. There is a pool, 2 playgrounds, a soccer field, and a half court basketball hoop.
It is about a mile from my mother in laws house which will be great for Nicole, especially during busy season. It is also in my mother in law's ward which will be nice for getting to know people. It will also hopefully help in getting people to help us move in. It will be about an hour commute in traffic which isn't great but we are working on getting a second vehicle as we speak. Next step my first CPA exam, keep me in your prayers!
