So last month for her birthday I gave Nicole tickets to see the Lion King in Las Vegas. This last weekend we finally took the trip to Vegas. We took the kids over to their Grandma's house to spend the weekend, and we headed to Vegas. Neither one of us is really interested in Broadway shows, but Nicole has wanted to see The Lion King for a long time. It was a really good show! The costumes were absolutely amazing. The only thing that we didn't like was that we have seen the cartoon so many times that whenever there was something different it was kind of annoying. It was a great experience and we got some fun souvenirs. We also had fun doing some of the other Vegas stuff like the M&M store, Coca-Cola store, walking through a bunch of the casinos and of course gambling a little bit too.
