CHRISTMAS

We came to AZ this year to spend Christmas with Nicole's mom and sister. We were very excited for Christmas this year because it was Andrew's first. We arrived here on the twenty-second and the time is going way too fast. Trish (Nicole's sister) and I made cookies for Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, and later on we had a delicious Roast Beef dinner. Before we went to bed we all opened one present, which was all of our pajamas. On Christmas morning we woke up around 6:30am and went straight to the tree. It was packed with tons of presents (most of them for Andrew--Grandma spoiled him for his first Christmas).

Lucky for us, Andrew decided to sleep in a little bit so we were able to open up all of our presents without him trying to attack them. My favorite present was from Nicole--it was the makings for a night to ourselves (hotel reservation, candles, lotions, etc.), and Grandma is going to take care of AJ.

Nicoles favorite present was a necklace that she got from her mom that has the center stone from her mom's wedding ring from her Dad in it--it is beautiful! She also liked the temple recommend holder that I gave her--it has the Logan Temple (it's where we got married) on it.

Andrew woke up a bit later and we had him open his presents.

His favorite thing was the wrapping paper--he is only four months old.

But he did get some cute clothes, toys, and other stuff.
The rest of the day we just bummed around and played with our Christmas presents.
All in all it was a great day!

Thanks for sending me your link! I can't believe how BIG he's getting! How much does he weigh? Sounds like you had a great Christmas, too, and I'm glad. It will be even more fun next year when our kids can really get into it! Oh, and when are you and Todd coming to Memphis?!?

Jana AJ weighs a little over 16 pounds now. It was a fun Christmas I have been meaning to write an overview of our holidays but just been lazy. It would be fun to visit Memphis, but have no idea when we will have time or money to do so. When are you coming back to Utah?

That's a good question, it will probably be a while. Mine and Jason's extended family lives in Utah, but our immediate families don't, and that's usually who we'll be visiting. I just have no idea, sadly enough.
