I think from the moment Andrew gets up in the morning he starts saying "bye bye" and "outside". So every once in a while we go on a family outting together. On Labor Day we spent the afternoon at University Mall, shopping and just walking around. Allie (our neighbor) came with us and she was holding Andrew's hand almost the whole time we were walking. Andrew's first "date"--how cute! They have a little fountain/river thing there. Andrew wanted nothing more than to crawl in and go for a swim. He is so funny! Anyway, we ended up buying some clothes for Nicole, some shoes for me, and some chocolate from Sees Candies (yummy!).
Today we decided to get out of the house for the afternoon. Nicole heard that Squaw Peak had a really nice view (actually she heard that it was BYU's make-out spot). We drove up there to check it out. It is a really pretty view, as you can see from the new pictures on the side of our blog. When we got up there, there were several people going paragliding. I had never seen people actually starting out, just up in the sky already. We got to see one guy launch. It was cool! Nicole asked if I want that for my birthday--that would be so much fun!
After that we went up to Vivian Park to play. Andrew had a lot of fun playing on the playground. We love taking our little man on outtings.
