I Am Thankful For A Good Inspection

We had our inspection done on our home today.  Today is exactly 8 months from the day we put our offer in on the home we are living in.  With our house being a short sale it as is, but we wanted to get the inspection done anyways in case there were some major issues we were unaware of.  I am thankful for a kind and knowledgeable inspector.  I am also thankful that there were only minor issues with the house and we are on our way to closing.
